The coworkers and employees not in leadership are incredible

Very poor leadership and management. Work is biased towards remote senior engineers and grunt work is left for junior engineers. No mentorship opportunities for junior engineers. 80% of the software team is remote and all of them are senior. Crazy hours. Mild racism. No pips so people are laid off or fired out of the blue.
Company Culture is strong with a focus on trust, adaptability, collaboration, being inclusive and supportive. A very bright, kind group of people to work with on some fascinating challenges in the robotics industry.
Cons
It's work haha, things happen that are annoying but no more so than any other job. In fact, less so!
