      Apart from remote work, nothing much.

      Cons

      Quite toxic from management, where he wants everything the way it is for him. Doesn't entertain leaves and will ask why you need leave.

      - Lot of Growth opportunity - Medical insurance is provided - Reimbursements and salaries are paid on time. - No hierarchy system - Annual offsites - Mostly WFH but when we do catch up good lunch and dinner provided.

      Cons

      It is a startup so high pressure is expected but employees are equally rewarded and acknowledged for results.
