Service department management micro manages everything, poor communication between the office and field, great technicians and great customers, high expectations with inadequate time allowed to service the equipment, employee are blamed for managements mistakes and short comings, definitely a corporate company, share holders are more important than technicians, poor employee retention, employees that share honest feedback or speak up will be let go, high turnover rate, expensive, repair work lost to competitors, cheap
