      leadership, on a human level, is great, and typically have an open ear to lower level workers and managers. it's hard work but you can earn a lot of money

      Cons

      no REAL schedule. don't believe anyone throughout any interview process - you will be expected to work when you are needed to work - any way to grow here is to basically work every available hour, someone in management or leadership likes you and there happens to be an open spot - someone leaves or gets fired.
