Pros

Friendly staff, they kept the place running.

Cons

Top leadership did not care about any employee opinions and as such chased off talented employees. Treated like a number, they had no respect for long-time employees especially during a hard time like COVID resulting in high turnover (rightfully so). There were no meaningful benefits for employees of any kind in my time there nor proper bonuses except for a Just Eat voucher (how thoughtful...) No progression, you will be looked over in favour of hiring outside so they can save money. While I was there I did not gain any experience in the area I wanted, was put out of sight and out of mind. 1 person will be expected to do the job of 2 to 4 people.

Pros

I genuinely cannot think of a single positive takeaway from my time there.

Cons

Pay is shockingly low and completely stagnant. Not a single raise despite consistent performance. Management is deeply dysfunctional. No one seems to understand their role or take accountability. Micromanagement is out of control — employees are constantly second-guessed and undermined. The company operates in a constant state of confusion and chaos. Basic communication and coordination are non-existent. There is a revolving door of staff — talented people leave quickly once they see how the place operates. No career development, no recognition, no respect for employees’ time or efforts.
