Nepotism poisons this company. It is small and run by a family with archaic rules and methods of doing business. There is no feedback on performance and new comers are suspect instead of embraced. There is no flexibility or work/life balance. Employee parking is ridiculous! The family have the covered spaces and everyone else is on their own to find a place to park or double park in the smail gravel, muddy lot.
