-Organizational Instability: Recent acquisition and restructuring has left many departments without clear reporting lines or enough staff to complete the work to the standard it is marketed at. -Leadership & Vision: There is a marked absence of open communication regarding the companies progress or long-term vision. Leadership appears disconnected from the reality of the workload and everything is seen as an emergency. -Compensation & Boundaries: Despite increasing demands and high-velocity expectations, there is a lack of upward mobility and no salary adjustments. Personal boundaries and work-life balance are frequently disregarded. -Culture: The environment can feel like a popularity contest rather than a meritocracy. There is a concerning pattern of leadership over-leveraging employees who may not have the agency to establish firm boundaries.

Easy enough place to work.

Cons

Leadership fully bought into AI and laid-off many of the most senior developers. They have had problems maintaining quality and clients before and after.
