    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Very few. The mission statement outlines lofty goals, patient centered/driven care, and excellent ideals.

    Cons

Unsafe venue in which to practice as a nurse. Clearly value profit before care. Management unabashed about the need to keep the profit motive in the forefront. Disrespectful of employees' professionalism and expertise.

    Advice to Management

Listen to nurses, create a climate that supports employees, values their input, adheres to mission statement. Put patient safety first.

    Pros

As a previous employee who resigned in good standing, I will say I can think of one pro to working at this company. I had the opportunity to fulfill multiple roles.

    Cons

Dishonest Management, unsupportive management, apathetic towards employee concerns, minimal potential for career advancement, not solution focused, reactive, did not find anyone in HR or management easy to talk too, not supportive of furthering education

    Advice to Management

I have no advice for management other than the company has potential with new management.
