      Rewarding work. Gain relationship with clients. Teamwork is valued.

      Cons

      No time off. You're stuck if someone doesn't show to relieve you. High turn around.

      Pros

      So no boss lingering over your shoulder for the majority of shifts. Flexible days and hours to work. Rewarding work and relationships with clients. Fun activities.

      Cons

      Being stuck at work for an extra shift if your relief did not show up. A lot of no call no shows. Managers would never step in to relieve you. I even worked 32 hours straight on Christmas. High turnover rate. A lot of client's without proper equipment leading to back strain and injury. The company lied to me about a promotion so I could fill a lead staff roll while the company restructured to house managers.

      Low pay, stressful occasionally. Difficult clients/families of clients.
