      Pros

      Good PTO package but other benefits are just the basics.

      Cons

      Poor communication across departments. Benefits are very basic insurance. 401K with no matching, only 6 holidays. Little opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      It is said that if you love what you do, then your office becomes your happy place. And CommunityForce has made me live this saying. I am in love with what I do just because of where I am doing it. I have been here for almost a year now and this has turned out to be the best decision of my life, so far. The seniors are amazingly helpful. The work environment is friendly and Human Resources Management is fantastic! Hard work is appreciated. And due credit is given. Employees are taken care of well. Freshers are trained effectively and responsibilities are shared.

      Cons

      The only con I know of is that you'll love your work so much that everything else becomes secondary.
