      nice work/life balance...good benefits. laid back atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      bring in new management that cleans house without any direction or explanation. bad leadership skills and huge lack of communication. cut jobs because of the new management thinking they are taking over with little or no notice. complete lack of training and extremely unprofessional.
