      Pros

      Easy to join. They are very much in need of people as many people are leaving in a short time. High attrition.

      Cons

      Management does not make the right decisions, putting too much pressure on employees. Sales will over promise, under price and sell. Finally the project teams suffer. Managers all talk high but can not manage and execute.

      Pros

      Working within a company of firm reputation, I think I am having the best time here in this top software development company. Access to the latest tech, tools, and resources to perform our tasks well. In addition, good compensation is rewarded to everyone. Efficiency and innovation cling well to the solutions that we provide. Also, with good and employee-inclined policies, there is always something good to look forward to.

      Same cons as a small size company faces. Nothing which cant be sorted out.
