Pros
Compliance & Risks is a great company for tech-focused individuals with or without a compliance background. The whole company is really supportive through the on-boarding process and beyond. You will do interesting work alongside great people. I really feel connected to my colleagues even though I am working completely remotely with people all over the globe. Plus, they are growing a lot so the inter-company opportunities will just continue to increase. They value work/life balance and you really feel supported by your team when you do use your generous amount of PTO.
Cons
Not really a con: You will be busy, but not in a way that is unmanageable! Like I said, they really value work/life balance so your work schedule can be flexible.
