      Pros

      You can see a full caseload of clients but will only be compensated for a fraction of the billing.

      Cons

      You will not be paid more than 30% of what you are earning. The management can not acknowledge nor address the issues and lead you to believe that it will eventually work out. The clients often find it difficult to reach someone by phone and report billing errors.
