      Pros

      Friendly work environment. Therapists and admin are great.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, no work-life balance, they cram as many kids on your schedule with no breaks, owner is disorganized, promised many things with no follow through

      All of the employees here are dedicated, professional, and passionate about what they do.

      Sadly, because the company is so low on money, we are overworked and burnt out.

      - non toxic work environment - therapy equipment - front office and admin are very sweet

      Cons

      - Get everything in writing, including end dates - No standardized way of doing things like evals - No PTO, and admin is really sketchy about National holidays being off. - They take forever to approve vacation time - Not allowed to discuss pay with other employees. - Promised mentorship but there was none - very high turnover rate of therapists
