Pros

No micromanaging, able to work independently without someone looking over your shoulder all day.

Cons

Blatantly racist and sexist atmosphere. I was told to file applications from qualified Black applicants instead of forwarding them to unit managers with the explanation, "We already have our token black employee." Sexual harrassment (or "workplace romance/flirtations" as they call it) is rampant in the offices. Pay is very low compared to industry standard.

Pros

good company to work for, good benefits.

Cons

have to rely on managers to help, they're more interested in getting their paycheck. don't expect time off, unless you call in sick. expect to answer your phone on vacations. you will go nowhere with this company.

Pros

Friendly people who want to help the business succeed and good field employees

Cons

Since the merger of Compressor Systems inc and Compressco Partners the CSI management has been underhanded and has been letting the Compressco people take most of the brunt of the down energy economy.
