No trustable or qualified HR. This is a major concern. HR is a position where you trust them with confidential, sensitive information. They should be a good listener and know how to be sympathetic. This position is not about you it is about the employees. Having a disgruntled and gossipy employee fill in is very questionable. This seems to be a conflict of interest. There is no one to go to regarding employee concerns. No communication upper management. They finally announced new leadership after several months despite employees already aware of this through the grapevine. Toxic environment. People are very discouraged. No type of encouragement. Rude people still employed despite complaints from co workers. General attitude is that some think they are better then others and are untouchable. They can act as unprofessional as they want and not be reprimanded. They use their jobs to make them feel big and put down others. They like the title for the power more then doing a good job.. If they find out you complained about them they will cause trouble for you. Massive amount of work and under paid. People in upper management jobs that have very little knowledge of what you do and can't help you. It seems they don't care. Very clickish company.

No raises. No upward mobility. Lack of training. No commitment to employees. No employee rewards. No room for growth.
