      Pros

      Great market opportunity and competing at a high level with some very big names. Real opportunity to build career here and impact projects. Real transparency from leadership. Great office space in Redmond.

      Cons

      Onboarding process is difficult and there's not a lot of support to get up and running you're kind of thrown into the deep end, must be a self-starter and learn quickly.

      Pros

      - The platform and market opportunity is something that you can get truly get excited about. - You are given the opportunity to take your career to new heights in the direction you deisre. - Leadership team is extremely experienced in enterprise software but very humble. They are open and foster learning and shared wisdom.

      Cons

      A very high learning curve for the platform. Couple that with an environment where you need to come in and execute off the bat. If you can't own your tasks and responsibilities *as well as* independently contribute with confidence you won't make it more than a few months here.

      Amazing work culture with flexibility. No micro management and gives me full authority to manage my time and work. Suggestion in favor of company are always welcome. Communication to the upper management is easy and smooth.
