Worst company I have worked, do not deserve even a single star!
Pros
Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.
Cons
You should say 'yes' for what ever the owner says. Manager does not know how to run a project. Non technical manager won't understand any technical issues. You need to depend/obey the Owner of the company. No working environment. The Owner is manner less. No point of view for employees. HR has no idea and no studies. No vision of the company. Lack of working culture. Employees are bullied by the Owner and the Managers. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace and self-esteem. False promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in you will start feeling cheated. No HR policies. Poor management. Work culture is too bad. Bad politics at senior level. No professional/career growth. You are treated as a slave and the wage is very low for what is required. Google reviews are paid to a 3rd party for the positive feedback. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such a company.
