Pros

Google will be your best partner ONLY. No pros.

Cons

Everything said in the bad reviews are true. i do not have to repeat the same things. Everything is exactly what people said in the bad review. IMPORTANT: Those 5 stars comments are from people who work for years in the company and are either their relative or friends. Believe it or not, they are linked to each other.

Pros

Well stocked pantry Flexible work timing

Cons

No training provided for in-house products - Absolutely no training provided, it's a sink or swim mentality. Taking open source software and packaging it as in-house - Bundling open source software as part of the agreement with clients Elitist approach - If you are not part of the exclusive inner circle, you are pretty much not one of them and is dispensable. No knowledge sharing - Seniors kept to themselves during project deployment and share nothing - Questions asked to the team are generally unanswered - Learn to find your own answers via Google Paying out of own pocket for company retreats - Compulsory to attend and have to fork out of pocket for planned activities Flat hierarchy - Nobody in the management will protect you, you are left to fend for yourself Ruthless in removing non-conforming employees - Keep your opinions to yourself if you want to stay. Say nothing to anybody. Nobody is your friend in there. Keep prepared to get thrown under the bus. If you are called in for a meeting at 5pm on a Friday evening, that is the signal you are being fired. This is a KNOWN modus operandi for them to fire employees. There are at least half a dozen records of such incidents.

Lack of leadership & too many hidden politics for a small team.

Pros

Have pool table and foosball.

Cons

-High turnover. -The lack of leadership is apparent. -They hold back any negative feedback from clients from you. Most time those feedback are from nasty clients who will verbally abuse you and when you speak up, the client don't like it. Then it comes negative feedback to the management that you won't know and can't explain yourself. -Value their clients more than their own employee. (Verbal abuse from clients go to a blind eye.) -Not good for career growth, unless the management like you. -No proper procedure and workflow to follow. -No proper training when you started; they expect you to know most things. And if they think you are not good enough, they will terminate your employment without any feedback on what you're doing wrong and try helping to improve yourself before the termination. As what another reviewer said, see pass the good image portrayed by the company. There's not much career progression by staying here.
