1. No system in place for any thing so if you are wily enough you can manipulate the "system" to your advantage. 2. Training and education investments are adhoc and based on solely profit motive depending tenders and hence if you can convince management you can get the training.
Cons
No appraisal system in place - very risky place to work - you can be sacked without rhyme on reason or a very filmsy reason. Please do not join if you have family or a housing loan. Family and village friends run & owned company with no professionalism. Sychophants and boot lickers are promoted while whistle blowers are sacked Lack of ethics - people are promised the sky and when the perform the management takes back it word. Management is prone to being hijacked by cliques who currently run the company. While the company is basically malyali owned - it is run by a telugu mafia. The only ethics they follow is over sell and inflate budgets in collusion with corrupt procurement guys of various organizations.
