      Great culture of integrity across the organization. The company places utmost importance on ethics.

      Cons

      Company hasn't evolved with the times, failing to invest in dynamic new services as its legacy business model becomes increasingly marginalized. Hard to attract large clients unless there is a paradigm shift in how the business is run.
