      Autonomous job. Flexible-ish hours. A lot of downtime.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrendous communication. They will always cater to the construction company instead of their medics, even if the construction company is in the wrong, hundreds of times.

      Owners/board practically non-existent, Miss the gossip about that, Good opportunities to take personal and sick time off. Ok bonus for barely profiting.

      Cons

      Shady business practices. After awhile I was no longer proud to work here. Operation is on a shoestring budget with underbidding just to get contracts. How can you expect to be taken seriously? Pay your employees first and maybe think of retaining them. Put them before you. Problems begin at the very top and funnel down here. After being away I realize the perceptions of what the company is to the industry and it’s not great.
