Favoritism at it's Finest

Pros

Benefits such as time off and health care.

Cons

Demanding and every changing CRMs, protocols and materials. Judgement against people with disabilites. Judgement when reporting to the superior of misconduct without fear for repercussions. This is an all female staff. Men are not hired for this position. Especially in the past 2 years. No room for growth.

Pros

Benefits are a plus. Training was overall good however new training could've been implemented.

Cons

having to work Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Long hours. Restroom breaks were hard when you were the only team member on the line especially during the weekends.

Pros

I can’t say one good thing about this group of people

Cons

These people smile in your face and stab you in the back. Even when you ask for feedback they pretend everything is okay and have conversations behind your back. Rather than working with you, they band together like a pack of wild dogs. If you’re looking for an open collaborative environment, look elsewhere. They are looking for any little thing to call out, whether it’s a tilt of your head, the pitch of your voice… just anything to make it seem as if you’re doing a terrible job. Steer clear of this company as the different departments are very cliquey. They don’t want to foster good relationships with people unless those people look like them.
