Pros
Company is very good at keeping framers busy. Company vehicles provided for Foremen and Lead Carpenters with gas card. Most of the framers are stocked with their own tools, but the company will help provide whatever tools are needed, especially for Apprentices. Company wise, they strive to give all employees a fair shot at moving up the ranks.
Cons
Very difficult to stay within 20-30 minutes from home. If you are afraid to drive more than 30 minutes to work, find another job.
