Business Outlook
Pros
Great environment to work. Lots of good people, including boss, leads etc. introduction level to welding, blueprints ext. 401k and good benefits/insurance
Cons
Only introductory prints and welds, after mastering these there’s not more to learn here. Moving up in the company only goes so far, then management personnel that have been there forever will rarely leave and open up position to move up further. Lately company hours have decreased but starting to see lil more now.
