Horrible Leadership CEO is a Joke

Good benefits. Most of the non-manager people were great.

Cons

Everything. My 1st line manager got drunk and cussed me out because the CEO was on them for being incompetent. I had been there less than a month at the time. My first QBR i had to introduce myself to the CEO who cut me off and went to talk to someone else. When I tried to express the issues I saw as obstacles I was berated for not being a team player. My only regret was staying as long as i did thinking that I could help build CounterTack into world class company.
