    Pros

    Branson is a wonderful place to work. Everyone is treated like family. Branson administration is actively involved with all departments. Great collaboration between all departments.

    Cons

    System directors are focused on Springfield hospitals and expect all site hospitals to function the same way. There are favorites within the organization. Health insurance is the worst.

    Pros

    Benefits are great and some of the coworkers are encouraging and helpful.

    Cons

    Some of the management does not know how to teach or lead. Poor choices made in how situations are handled. A lot of the nurses are very rude, but you just get used to it.

    Pros

    Offers 401k match up to a certain %. Offers Dental and Vision plans (you pay for).

    Cons

    One insurance option, and it’s horrible. Earned Time Off ETO must also be used for holidays (these are mandatory). Tuition Reimbursement requires a year commitment to work there following it.
