I have been working at CoxReps full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Unmatched benefits package under CMG umbrella.
Corporate initiatives are consistent throughout all properties.
Leadership willing to hear ideas and suggestions and put them to action with enough research and understanding.

    Cons

Work/Life balance is only now improving, but still has a long way to go.
Often feels like employees are expected to do more work with less resources.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in sales support staff.

I have been working at CoxReps full-time

    Pros

Pension (for employees prior to 3/31/17 start) and standard benefits.

    Cons

Little to no work/life balance. Bottom line concern is how many hours you work a day. Employees are doing the job of 2-3 people while compensation has not been adjusted accordingly. No upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people. If Cox is the employer of choice, then your employees have chosen to be here for a reason. Please do not make them regret it. Your employees are giving everything they have got in jobs that are thankless. In jobs that are quickly becoming obsolete. Your managers, account executives, assistants are now doing the job of multiple people to stay afloat. They need help. They need more bodies. More flexibility. And they need you to hear their concerns.
