      loved the people, but not the management

      Pros

      definitely learnt many things about being in the service industry. learnt how to make drinks, how to operate POS system, and best of all, it was fun working as the people are warm and welcoming.

      Cons

      higher ups micro manage a lot, even the nitty gritty things that are out of your job scope become your responsibility. sometimes the bosses like to instil fear and assert their authority, and don’t really give second chances for mistakes made.
