Pros
Really enjoyed working here because people were welcoming and supportive. Felt comfortable and safe there and like you were part of a work family, rather than just a number. A great first publishing job (on the fringes of the industry). Variety of tasks and particularly enjoyed visiting schools and being involved in such a meaningful project with the Building Character and Resilience program. Would recommend this work place for a few years as great experience on your resume, or if you prefer a comfortable work environment to climbing the corporate ladder.
Cons
Family run business so a bit disorganised at times, and not much room for career growth or salary increases because the company is fairly small.
