Pros
When I joined, it was a small development team, but now it is noticeably larger, but it still remains a cozy and comfortable workplace. I always say, bring me back and I would re-join this dream team. In addition to the engineering staff, the team has an incredible accountant, sales manager, recruiter. The CEO of a company is generally a separate book about humanity, success, efficiency and simplicity in one person.
This is an ideal place for growth, which I can say, looking at my experience and current opportunities in other companies. But this does not mean that this place should be considered only for beginners, experienced developers can also stay here for a number of reasons.
Cons
I can't say there weren't any. But we always discussed all the points that bothered me and found a solution to them. Don't be afraid to talk about it, here they are ready to listen to you and help you.
