      Pros

      Good company to work if you are willing to comply with management. they give chance to work on some big projects, so good learning and growth. Management and the head are very nice, young and understanding. If you work hard, you can grow here.

      Make u work very hard, don't join if you are uninterested in working and learning. They are very strict about time management

      Salary late, No policy, Never ask them anything, No salary slip, No leave, No update what happened in the company, HR doesn't have any right, If you leave your notice period salary gone they eat my 3 months salary

      No pros, just try to work in a better company. ye saale chor hain.

      Cons

      the best thing you can do for yourself is to take your salary and get as far away from this stupid company. they don't pay on time, they don't respect their employees. If you don't believe me search about the owner Shamit khemka, he is famous for putting fake cases on employees not paying their dues and salaries. I have not received my money from them till now and i am planning to file a case.
