Pros
A true meritocracy with the opportunity to take on responsibility, develop new ideas, be a genuine part of driving the company forward and be rewarded for it. Very friendly environment. Stock options available. Honest and hardworking cofounders that set a great example to others.
Cons
I don’t see it as a con but some might - there are roles in the business for those looking for a quiet life in a 9 - 5 job, but not many. Generally hard working entrepreneurial types are better rewarded.
