Pros
Due to how small the number of back office employees there are, when you get hired for a job, you're basically a one-man team. You learn everything there is to learn about your job because you're handling almost everything. People are decent too.
Cons
Management and the lack of proper training and clear delegation of duties. There is no proper monitoring and inefficient processing of transactions and movements. Basically what I mean is that, ultimately everything has to pass through a few people in the upper management and they take the loooongest time to actually address payments, approvals, renewals, etc. Just think about this: There are more fresh grads in the company than there are loyal employees. I think that speaks volumes.
