very few to mention - A remote job that means no commuting hassle On-time salary as mentioned in the offer letter (on or before 10th of every month)
Cons
No leave benefits, even if it's mentioned in the offer letter Lack of vision for the growth of employees Toxic work culture HR is not doing its job to work for the betterment of the employees Your voice will not be heard (you will be given a feedback form, but it goes in vain because they don't care enough to respond)
