Pros

-Regular team huddles to ensure good communication where everyone is on the same page, understand the scope of work handled by different colleagues etc -Learn a new subject ie product management and UX design as you work

Cons

-Poor financial decisions. Made as if on impulse. One time the managing director proposed the idea of working in Japan for full time staff who had been in the company long -Pays staff late and makes up excuses

Pros

Trauma bonding with your colleagues.

Cons

Management is ineffective and driven by favoritism. The higher-ups openly play favorites, and when those favorites leave, they scramble to replace them. New hires are constantly compared to the previous "model employees" and are often set up to fail under unrealistic expectations. The leadership team is unresponsive to feedback. Despite multiple feedback sessions, the higher-ups consistently dismiss constructive criticism, especially when it pertains to their management style. They are unwilling to acknowledge or act on the reviews they receive from the team, creating a stagnant and demotivating work environment. The company's approach to risk is reckless and short-sighted. The leadership frequently takes high-stakes risks without a solid strategy, mistaking this for a pathway to success. They fail to recognize that sustainable gains require patience and thoughtful decision-making. As a result, the team often finds itself dealing with the fallout of impulsive choices rather than building on carefully considered opportunities. Poor financial decision-making is another major issue. There have been instances where company profits were directed toward questionable spending that did little to benefit the broader team or the company's long-term goals. This kind of mismanagement creates frustration and undermines the morale of those who are working hard to contribute to the company's success.

Pros

- Excellent at sales prevention strategies. - Great at increasing operating expenses. - Unexpected work right around the corner.

Cons

- The pay is below market rate, you'll be tempted to moonlight but you can’t because you’ll be too exhausted for that. - Don't even get me started on how the management treats brilliant people here like yesterday's garbage. It's enough to make you want to cry into your coffee every morning. - The real kicker is the demands placed on staff. You are expected to work miracles with limited resources, all while struggling with a work process that makes no sense. - Let's not forget the endless meetings where you'll talk about solving problems instead of actually solving problems. - The cherry on top? The company has zero structure or processes, making it the most disorganized workplace ever. - Management talks down to employees despite being clueless about sales, marketing and running a business. - Employee and customer onboarding are a complete mess, leaving you feeling like a lost puppy swimming in a sea of chaos.
