      Pros

      We have the best clients and many interesting projects.

      Cons

      Watch your back. Don't do too well. Don't say boo to you know who. Many of the Senior Managers don't share information & its kinda sad because when they interact with clients, clients realize that they have lost their consulting skills.

      Company is committed to work/life balance. Very flexible. Good reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      You give up a lot of perks for the flexibility. A lot of good ideas but senior management doesn't execute. Very few opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      Great flexibility, wonderful co-workers, convenient local, all with a highly regarded company within the space. There are lots of opportunities for learning and personal growth.

      Cons

      There is not a tremendous amount of advancement opportunities. The good news is that you have a good deal exposure to the buy-side community in virtually every role.
