      Losing its place in the SAC and DDI market but employee morale is not driven down by German management

      In the top 5 DDI & SAC vendors, strong engineering and services teams that can compete in marketplace if German management were better leaders.

      Cons

      Cygna Labs, a German startup company with operations in the US, Canada and Eastern Europe acquired their product lines from Nokia and BT. The old management from BT & Nokia understood the products and markets, whilst the new management from Germany are inept and have devolved the products and services and weaken both employee moral and trust.

      Management micromanages and dominates, has some nonsensical business practices, and doesn't collaborate with their employees Weird culture that's quite nonexistent No HR department and lacking in processes
