      - Small company, family-type feel - Lots of trust given to PEs, allows us to learn PM and technical details quickly - Mgmt aggressively chases new projects, lots of projects in the pipeline as of 2021. Company to grow substantially in coming years - Mgmt cares about employees on a personal and professional level
