High stress for low pay, Union positions receive pay increases with each contract however non-contract positions have received approx 2% in 10 years.

DTC offers a great health benefits package and good hourly pay. Bus drivers are apart of the union. Most people stay with company for years.

Cons

If your a driver you will probably remain a driver because there is no employee develop programs and Very little room for job advancement.

Poor Communication Crabs in a bucket mentality Prejudice/Racism Many long-term employees in positions of management without skills. Workload is insane. No true support system from supervisors. A lot of backstabbing.
