      Some great engineers to work with Work life balance for the most part is good Good clients to work with

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics and favoritism towards some people Engineering head is a total control freak and is always sneaking her way into everything and lays off people if she does not like them Why does no employee in the California area stick around with the company? This is a red signal and shows how broken their management/system is Most of the good engineers left because of all the above reasons
