There are a lot of growth opportunities for employees. As long as you want to try, most likely you can make it to a better position.

Cons

Because it is easy to grow in the company, the standard for getting a management position is very low. That leads to bad management. Every time we launch some events, contests, or programs; there would be tons of problems popping out. Lack of communication within managers and employees. They have weird schedules and SOPs. The SOP(standard of operation) is always change, and they never really follow what the employee handbook states. Poor Poor Poor benefits and pay.

Can learn a lot on your own and can be innovative. Be prepared to be the only one to try and stand/drive your idea.

Cons

Lack of structure. Disregard to basic laws. Favoritism. Inconsistent with their own policies. Unethical. Upper management: one is on auto pilot the other is a tyrant and hr is an imbecile.
