      Good hours and excellent opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Purchased by Ballymore (One Equity Partners) the benefits now suck. They just switched to a high deductible health insurance so my husband will be quitting - they only care about the money but at one time, they cared about employees-

      Very startup-ish atmosphere, fast growth (both in professional qualities and salary), interesting and challenging work, sometimes pretty hard to handle but it absolutely pays off if that is what you really want.

      Sometimes processes do not cope with situation in company
