      No overtime working and days off as promised.

      Cons

      Salary and very toxic enviroment. If you were not the HM's favourite you were screwd. Simply as that.

      The schedule was respected and shifts were organized properly. Days off were honored as agreed. The company followed legal standards regarding labor practices. Insurance and official employment paperwork (ensima) were provided. Clean and well-maintained work environment.

      Cons

      There was a consistent lack of staff, which increased the workload. Work roles were not fixed, leading to confusion and instability in responsibilities.
