Pros
The company is a collections agency but they give you a feeling of product based company even though there is no product. The founders encourage toxic work culture and become friendly with you to achieve it. Today you can be working on something which is useless tomorrow.
Cons
No product, no focus. Just playing around with people’s careers. Don’t hire and ask them to leave in the next week. They pride themselves on being hard to work with and if any problem occurs because of this toxic work culture, they blame it on you for not being able to handle it. If something works well, then many teams will line up to claim your credit.
