Pros
This company has been around since 2010. All employees can tell that management wants them to grow and succeed. CEO goes to lunch with employees just to check in. The President knows the name of employees and their children. This company cares about its employees and has a culture first company. You can tell that this company means business when they say their core value is integrity and treating people the way that they want to be treated. I have seen several times when this company has stood for what is right for their employees and their business and they do not practice unethical tactics to win contracts or employees! This is very refreshing!
Cons
While leadership makes time for their employees, need to have more time with President and CEO. They wear many hats and every minute with them is precious. They provide so much insight, motivation and wisdom when you get to sit with them. You will want to sit down and pick their brains more.
