The leaders at the plant have low self esteem and is constantly looking for ways to fire and ridicule hard working staffs, hence reason for the High staff turnover
The only Pro is once you are good at tale telling, the Plant leader & his larky will find ways to always make your Job relevant. The US (head office) has good plans but the Barrie Plant always presents a false view
