- Hired as proposal writer but forced into extensive blog / copywriting on top of proposals - 5 blogs of 1500 words each every single day accompanied by considerable abuse - They do not follow the usual payroll of 1 month, but instead pay only for the first month of the job and that too after 45 or 50 days of your hard work. - The 2nd month, the so called CEO calls you and further abuses you that your performance is too pathetic - even though it is great - and that they can only continue working if you agree to work the same effort at half the salary - At the time of contract signing they mention 2 Saturdays off, but then never give a single Saturday off claiming that work load is too much. - They mostly hire people from Pakistan who are desperate to work for offshore companies at below-average pay. - Their Hiring Contract is copy-pasted and even says 'Company Name' instead of 'DXB APPS' in the contract, so that they have no legal liability when they rip you off and steal your salary from you. I have hard proof of that. - They DO NOT have any HR department and the email address is probably fake too. - They will probably rip you off if you are a client and look to hire them for app development. They are worthless thieves, strictly unprofessional. - They have yet to pay my 24 days of Salary and its almost the end of 2 months now. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUCH FAKE CAMPAIGNERS THAT EXPLOIT TALENTED CANDIDATES FOR A FEW PENNIES. EVEN IF YOU ARE A CLIENT< STAY .... AWAY. They don't have a single authentic testimony from any of their clients, all of it is made up by their own employees.

They are very unprofessional especially their management They even don't know how to talk with Employees They put immense pressure to complete work without having timelines Even timelines are not accepted from developers they set timelines for their own and assumes that this will work Much restrictions on timings , not flexible timings If you work for some days and you resign they will not give you salary will not respond any where.
