      Pros

      If you are mid-level is a good company to learn with the team as well understand how to grow very fast

      Cons

      I believe they don't care a lot to keep the seniors in the team. This is bad because in certain time you are learn a little bit or nothing. The salary is mid-level and is not fast to grow.

      Advice to Management

      Keep some seniors. Create a career path. Innovate in the technology. I don't know if it has changed, but if not I believe this is the main aspects that I recommend.

      I can learn a lot about all the business, all departments are near, the people are opended e the founders are friendly

      it's necessary negociate your carrer before enter. sometimes they value when we leave them

      could be a carrer plan better but I know you are working about it

      Pros

      In general, the autonomy you will have is great. You will have the confidence of all your mates when doing your daily functions.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it could be difficult to work with the Human Resource area. The culture and values when it comes to the Human Resources area is, sometimes, not an example for the rest of the company.

      Advice to Management

      It would be great to create an enviroment of culture and values together, and asure it would be accomplished by all of the areas of the company.

      Good place for international experience if this is the case, since part of the team was in Germany at the time.

      Cons

      Too informal environment and people. Sometimes this is bad for productivity and to create a good understanding of the tasks and priorities.

      Reasonable work/life balance, good enviroment, and compensation is not bad.

      Bad high management. Culture is not aligned among all teammates. Big difference among peers qualifications

      Focus on help the team to execute the projects instead of trying to sell them as the mos rocket science job
